Partnet Implements DOD EMALL Version 8.1.1

Partnet includes the following functional enhancements and features as part of DOD EMALL version 8.1.1:
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia's Warfighter Clothing and Textiles eCommerce site is integrated into DOD EMALL. Many new features are added to support this new user group.
- Version 8.1.1 includes hardware and software changes to position DOD EMALL for Purchase Card Industry (PCI) compliance.
- Software updates are made to further DOD EMALL's compliance with Section 508.
- DOD EMALL's Order Processing portion is re-worked to provide increased user-friendliness.
