Partnet Implements DOD EMALL Version 8.1.4

Partnet includes the following functional enhancements and features as part of DOD EMALL version 8.1.4:
- Successful implementation of the Weapon System Support Program (WSSP) module--enabling authorized users to manage weapon system items by adding, deleting, or modifying corresponding NSNs.
- Enhanced Information Assurance (IA) controls limiting user accounts to a single, authenticating certificate--preventing multiple users from associating certificates to the same account.
- Specialized "corridor" functionality for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia (DSCP) Construction & Equipment, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and Hull Maintenance & Equipment.
- Streamlined navigation to application tutorials and help tools.
